Turn Happy New Year Texts Into Business Opportunities: A Free and Easy Marketing Tip

As we approach the New Year, The Notary Zone team has been hard at work reviewing the survey responses many of you submitted through our platform. If you’ve ever downloaded one of our free resources or made a purchase, you might remember completing a short survey. Your feedback has been incredibly insightful, and one thing stood out loud and clear: many of you are looking for ways to market your business effectively.

We hear you—and we’re here to help.

One simple yet powerful opportunity is right around the corner: Happy New Year text messages.

Say Happy New Year in a unique way!

Say Happy New Year in a unique way!

Let’s face it, your phone is going to buzz nonstop on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day with well-wishes from family, friends, and colleagues. Instead of just replying with a generic “Happy New Year!” message, why not turn those moments into an opportunity to wish people well AND market your business?

We’ve created a free ready-to-use template that’s perfect for responding to those messages while subtly promoting your services. It’s thoughtful, professional, and easy to personalize. Here’s how it goes:

Why It Works

  1. Personal Touch: You’re starting with a warm, genuine wish for the recipient, which feels thoughtful and sincere.

  2. Goal-Oriented Message: Sharing a motivational note about staying F.O.C.U.S.E.D resonates with people as they set their own goals for the year.

  3. Subtle Marketing: You naturally transition to sharing your services without coming across as overly promotional.

  4. Effortless Reach: You’re responding to texts you would’ve received anyway, turning a casual exchange into a potential lead generator.

    Why Consistency Matters

Why Consistency Matters

Sharing the templated text message consistently matters because success rarely happens overnight. Consistency builds momentum, reinforces your presence, and increases the chances of your message reaching the right person at the right time. Even if you don’t see immediate results, each time you share, you’re planting seeds that can grow into opportunities in the future.

Persistence is key—don’t give up just because the response isn’t instant. The more you show up, the more people will recognize and remember the value you bring! 🌟

A Free and Easy Way to Market Your Business

A Free and Easy Way to Market Your Business

This is marketing at its simplest and most effective. It costs nothing, takes little time, and allows you to gently remind people of your services. The key is consistency—if you respond with this template to every “Happy New Year” (or set up an auto responder to send text messages throughout the day) text you receive, you’re amplifying awareness of your business in a warm, genuine way.

Start Your Year Strong!

Start Your Year Strong!

The New Year is a time of fresh starts and new opportunities. By using this template, you’re not just wishing people well—you’re taking an intentional step to grow your business.

Let’s make 2025 the year we stay Fearless, Optimistic, Committed, Unwavering, Strategic, Efficient, and Determined (F.O.C.U.S.E.D).

What are your marketing goals for the new year? Make sure to write them down and put them in a place where you will be reminded daily.

Wishing you all a prosperous, productive, and F.O.C.U.S.E.D New Year!
