Yes — we use AI-assisted tools as part of our workflow, alongside human expertise, review, and decision-making.
AI helps us streamline tasks like initial layout setup, formatting, content structuring, and repetitive production steps. This allows us to focus more time on strategy, accuracy, branding, and quality control, rather than manual busywork.
What matters most is that every project is reviewed, refined, and finalized by a real person to ensure it meets your business needs and professional standards.
Using AI doesn’t replace experience — it helps us deliver better results, faster, without cutting corners.
In simple terms:
👉 It means we’re counting the time spent actually working on the project — not the number of days that pass.
Projects aren’t worked on nonstop from start to finish. Work happens in focused blocks, alongside other scheduled commitments, reviews, approvals, and client responses.
So even if a project takes several days to complete, the actual hands-on work time may only be a few hours.
Simple example...
A website project might:
Take 3 business days from start to finish
But only involve 4 hours of active work
The remaining time includes:
Waiting for feedback or approvals
Scheduling work within business hours
Quality checks and final review
Other client work already in progress
Estimated hours include standard revisions
Time reflects active production, not calendar time
Timelines begin once all required content and approvals are received
Additional revisions or scope changes may require added time
Custom or complex requests may be quoted separately
A revision is a reasonable adjustment made to an existing design or page after the initial draft is delivered.
Revisions typically include:
Text edits or wording changes
Minor layout or spacing adjustments
Color, font, or image swaps using provided assets
Updating contact information or links
Small content refinements that stay within the original scope
Revisions do not include:
Adding new pages, sections, or deliverables
Rewriting large portions of content from scratch
Changing the original direction, layout, or concept after approval
Providing new branding, content, or assets not previously submitted
Requests that significantly expand the scope of the original project
If a request falls outside standard revisions, we’ll clearly communicate any additional time or cost before moving forward — no surprises.
